Next Gen Sequencing Business Development Manager

The Company:

An exciting and innovative company in the Diagnostics Industry, this global organization is in search of their next award winning Business Development Manager for NGS instrumentation, informatics and testing.

The Opportunity:

This position is responsible for selling innovative Next-gen Sequencing products including instrumentation, analytics and ancillaries to the clinical market place. The majority of your calls will be in the hospital market, but you would also be responsible for developing relationships with others locations such as large Oncology Practices and Pathology Practices. The primary responsibilities for this position will be a business development role whereby you will be building a business in your specific territory.

The qualified candidate will be rewarded handsomely for their effort, as the total package will include a base and commission plan, company car allowance, computer, mobile telephone, paid vacation and excellent benefits.

The Compensation:

Base: $100,000 – $125,000 per year (Commensurate with experience)

Total Compensation: The Plan is UNCAPPED

Do you have a 4-year degree from an accredited college? Do you have a minimum of three years of Successful Sales Experience with a proven track record of rankings in the top 10% of your colleagues? Do you have experience selling Oncology Diagnostic testing/services? Do you consider yourself to be a strong leader and salesperson, with a proven track record of closing business? Have you been a top performer, presidents’ club member, or ranked in the top 10% of the outside sales force? Do you live in the greater metro New York or Boston?
