Capital Equipment Sales Manager
An industry leader in the business of Diagnostic Instruments and Reagents.
This position is responsible for identifying and cultivating KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships in speciality areas of the community and hospital. The position is also responsible for increasing assay utilization within current customers while providing subject matter expertise in the methods available through our clients diagnostics offering.
The qualified candidate will be rewarded handsomely for their effort, as the total package will include a base and commission plan, company car, computer, mobile telephone, paid vacation and access to an excellent company 401k program.
Base: $135,000 – $150,000 (Commensurate with experience)
Bonus / Commission: Uncapped Commission / Bonus Structure

Do you have a 4 year degree from an accredited college? Do you have a PhD or equivalent experience as a subject matter expert in the area of clinical assays and reagents. Do you have a minimum of 10 years of Sales, Marketing or Technical Management Experience with laboratory testing in the hospital or reference laboratory setting? Do you consider yourself to be a strong leader and manager, with a proven track record of leading and driving business? Have you been a top performer, presidents club member, or ranked in the top 15% of your peers? Do you live near a major metropolitan area of Chicago or Minneapolis?
