Global Business Development Manager – Genomics / Agricultural
An industry leader in the business of Genomics Research technology focused in NGS and PCR.
This position is responsible for building out 2 of the largest International Key Accounts in the Agricultural Industry. The primary responsibilities for this position will be to grow these accounts across multiple divisions, and utilizing the entirety of the Genomics product portfolio of this organization. This is a complex sales environment including capital, services and reagents.
The qualified candidate will be rewarded handsomely for their effort, as the total package will include a base and commission plan, car allowance, computer, mobile telephone, paid vacation and access to an excellent company 401k program.
Base: $110,000 – $125,000 per year (Commensurate with experience)
Bonus: The Plan is UNCAPPED.
At plan compensation is in the $175,000 range

Do you have a 4 year degree from an accredited college? MS or PhD in a science if preferred Do you have a minimum of 8 years of Successful Sales Experience with genomics products in the hospital, agricultural, or research setting? Do you consider yourself to be a strong leader and salesperson, with a proven track record of closing business? Have you been successful selling genomics products (consumables, equipment, or services)? Have you been a top performer, presidents’ club member, or ranked in the top 15% of the outside sales force? Do you live in metropolitan area in Central or Eastern Time Zones?
